The May housing report is out and tells a very interesting story of the local housing market.
Let's take a look at the "months of inventory" category. Six months of housing inventory is a normal, healthy market. Comal county is reporting 0.8, Canyon Lake 1.2, Bulverde 0.6 and Wimberley 1.0. Wow! The stats prove what we already know ...we have very little housing inventory in our area to sell!
Most interesting to see is the increase of the medium price home. Significant jumps in the price of homes in Canyon Lake, Wimberley and Comal county proper! Unbelievable!
