Greg and Karen have been designing and building homes in the area since 1994. Simply, their desire is to "make building simple" for their buyers. They have incorporated their years of building homes into a simplified building system that includes four pillars of building. They are :

To reduce the stress and anxiety of building a home they have built a team of preferred professionals that will shepherd their buyers through the home building process from the beginning with their preferred lender  to the end with the final closing with their preferred title company.
